Large bright room. Comfy mattress and smooth sheets. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Three sets of plush towels. Housekeeping top notch. Room and common areas spotlessly clean. We requested a blanket which was promptly provided and of high quality. Location was perfect for us with many shops, restaurants, and bars in walking distance.
Quite expensive for what you get. Lobby and lounge appears cold and uninviting. Great selection of spirits but not really a comfortable place to enjoy. Only plastic cups in the room. WiFi is extra $10 a day for basic and $15 for premium what ever that means. Parking is an outrageous $40 per day. Restaurant with mediocre expensive food.

How close it was to the convention center
Ice machine didn't work and the pop machine was also broke other then that it was nice

I liked most of the staff there, the housekeeping and security were amazing!
One of the desk clerks was really rude to me, I reserved a room with 2 beds and a walk in shower, however when I got there I was told that there were no such rooms and then one of the clerks said which is more important the 2 beds or a walk in shower. Since I am disabled I really needed both and was not able to take a shower during my stay at your hotel. I was extremely disappointed in the room situation. The meals were more pricey than I really liked or could afford.
