    Essentially, I was really impressed with the initial impression I got when I got into the lobby, but the room was really bad. There was an odor coming from the carpet, it looked like they were stains that hadn’t been taken care of. The refrigerator was unplugged, the microwave’s rotating disc wasn’t functioning and burnt/melted my upward, the pillows had no firmness, the television was outdated and didn’t allow me to stream my show, and there wasn’t a hair dryer for me to use. The first ice machine I went to use also was busted. The staff members were hit and miss on professionalism and helpful. All around, the hotel needs more work.

    We stayed at Wyndham Oklahoma hotel from April 4 to 8. The place is a bit old and could definitely use some updates, but overall it was still a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the staff — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was also good, with enough variety to start the day right. Location is a big plus. It’s conveniently near a park, several tourist spots, and even close to a basketball dome, which made getting around easy. Overall, not the most modern hotel, but the great service and location make up for it.

    I wanted to rent a room, i used the online platform. Accidentally I somehow got today's date instead of a date 2 weeks in the future. When I immeadiatly called to correct the situation. They refused to accommodate me. Even though it an accident and was within 10 minutes of pushing the "go" button. They would not listen to me and said that it was non refundable since i did not cancel 24 hours prior. ??????? WTH
