The breakfast was excellent. The room was super clean and very modern.

The room was a clean and comfortable place to live for a few days.
Bookings showed the room with a conventional oven. I was counting on that for some of my meals.

Location was stellar. Walkable to many of the venues. Structure parking was affordable and close. Pet friendly was a plus! Breakfast was decent.
Neither the bed nor pull out bed were comfortable. It was uncomfortably hot in the elevator, main hallways and dining area. The internet connectivity was spotty at best and often the TV did not work. There was no area to walk your dog. Staff basically ignored you when coming and going - there no exchange of pleasantries. I won't go as far as to say they were rude...
