Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Lee's Summit

New carpet in the rooms, clean, and bathrooms clean. Fresh ice water and hot coffee or hot water available 24/7. Safe neighborhood, and plenty of parking.

Windows at the front door and in dining area were extremely dirty and it would be nice to look through the glass. Easy fix if you could get housekeeping to wash inside and outside of ground level main entrance and dining area. Food quality mediocre. Oatmeal was like warm and watery. Coffee taste was bitter, but hot and krafts stayed full. Eggs were good, nice variety of toppings for oatmeal or yogurt. Breakfast sandwiches (biscuit) fell apart- processed frozen food not appealing.

My entire stay was charged to the credit card used to hold the room prior to my arrival. I planned to pay with a different card because of the nature of the trip. It was corrected but I’m not sure why this happened since it stated pay at the property. It would’ve been nice to have towels in pool area. I had to go to the desk and request towels for pool area.

Breakfast was good, wide variety available. Gravy and eggs could have been warmer.

I only wish I had a room on the side away from the road.

Close to destination

Run down, pool was closed, expensive for what we got. We were really looking forward to a soak in the hot tub, only to find out it was closed.
