    Very friendly staff. Place was nice and clean. Only very little problem was the price I thought I would get three beds because I put extra money for a 3 person room. And thought the room would be a little bigger. But the room was just for two people. Only two beds and room was a little small. But everything else was great. Bathroom was super clean. So was the room. And again I want to appreciate all the staff they would always greet me with a big smile so thank you.

    The Sheraton aims for a low bar and hits it. The staff wasnt very remarkable, and the hotel design is okay. There was some trash on hotel grounds. Uneven temperature regulation (hot hallways and elevators). But my biggest issue is that every elevator in the hotel was down for my entire stay, excluding the one service elevator. It smelled awful, was very slow and an impractical way to transport all of the hotels many guests. Some guests had to wait 10 minutes for the elevator. I was told this had been the situation for at least a day before I arrived, and none of the staff seemed bothered by it. Would not recommend unless these issues are fixed.

    Sheraton isn’t as prestigious as it once was, however this one still offered a very comfortable bed, in a moderate sized room. This place has not been recently updated but does a good enough job of accommodating one comfortably. A coffee machine in the room would be nice, as well as a complimentary bottle of water - instead the water bottle costs $4. That said, the hotel is spacious and very well located and the late night staff was friendly enough. I recommend staying here as the value is fair and likely one of the best in the area.
