Cleaning crew only speak Spanish and not English communication wasn’t it. Remember we’re in America people need to speak English as well.

Beware of booking through Booking.com. We were extremely disappointed to find that we paid about $100 more per night than the rate offered directly by the hotel. Had we booked with the hotel instead, we could have saved a significant amount of money.
As for the hotel itself, it was very basic. The room was okay, the pool was decent, and the lobby was minimal. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but it certainly didn’t match the premium price we ended up paying through Booking.com.
Overall, this was one of the most overpriced hotel experiences we’ve had—not because of the hotel itself, but because of the inflated rate we were charged through Booking.com. We’ll definitely be booking directly with hotels in the future
