Courtyard Hadley Amherst

We were visiting our child at UMass-Amherst, so the location was very convenient. The room was very comfortable, but the sound-proofing could be improved, as we could hear someone stomping around above us during part of the visit. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The sound-proofing could be improved. We could hear someone walking around quite loudly above us. I felt like it was rather expensive.

Absolutely everything! Hotel looks like new, sofa, bed, all furnitures are all like new. I wish all hotels were that clean as this one. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

It was pretty and comfortable. the staff was friendly, the room was clean.

the people in the next room was smoking pot and cigarettes and they were loud all night. It was very very difficult to sleep. My daughter and I were exhausted the next day, and didn’t do anything, except go to supper. my daughter had to get the other room, just in case those people stayed another night, and smoked pot all night. she is pregnant and shouldn’t be around smoke, especially second hand. I wish I could get my money back from that room, considering it wasn’t our fault she had to take it to get away from the smokers.,which by the way is not permissible in your hotel.
