I Actually Didn't Have Breakfast There And Noticed No One Else Did Either. I Definitely Liked The Friendly And Professional Clerk @ Check In. I Also Liked The Friendly And Professional Lady @ Check Out.

I Definitely Didn't Like The Bathroom Light That Turned Off In The Middle Of A Shower. I Truly Didn't Like Hot Water Getting Cold While Washing My Hair. I Definitely Didn't Like The Dirty Looking Couch & Footstool. I Definitely Could've Done With Out The Mini Fridge Falling On Feet Every Time I Opened It. I Truly Didn't Like How You Locked The Balcony Door. Yup Definitely The Best Part Of The Room. I Couldn't Sit On Balcony & Enjoy The Fresh Outdoors While Drinking My Coffee. Yup Your Pool Was To Small & The Jacuzzi Water Looked Dirty. I Definitely Hated That When I Went To Get A Luggage Cart. I Was Locked Out Of My Room @ 11:51 am. I Know I Had More Than Enough Time To Get My Luggage. Oh Yeah When I Informed Housekeeping They Mocked Me In Spanish And Said Didn't My Dumb Ass Know It Was Pass Checkout Time. I Stunned Them And Said No It's Not Pal. Yup Definitely Open The Door But Made Me Very Disappointed.

Great location, close to Pasadena, CA with several good local resturants and easy access to I-210.

Layout of the room worked well for us. Having Starbucks coffee, pastries and fruit/yogurt was extremely nice for us light breakfast eaters! Free parking was safe and very convienent to the hotel!

We wished the cleaning of the hotel and makeup of the beds was a little more frequent. (ie every other day would have worked for us).

This hotel is in a perfect location for Monrovia, Duarte etc. Pool was nice, jacuzzi and exercise room open 24 hours. Front desk fast and helpful, breakfast was good.

The balcony is fake, it doesn’t open and the air conditioner was outdated and didn’t work properly. Refrigerator didn’t work properly either. Microwave is in the rooms too and it was fine. Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful.

Poor Housekeeping

Ample free parking is available. A commercial plaza with many shops and restaurants is located nearby.

We stayed for 6 nights. At check-in, we were informed that the room would be cleaned every 3 days. However, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. I had to personally go to the front desk to request room clean service. The only thing they did was drop off a set of new towels and take out the trash. In the process, they also threw away my groceries, which were clearly not garbage. Furthermore, they never restocked the toilet paper or provided any hand soap. I believe the price and the brand name do not match the poor quality of service we received.

Housekeeping is only once in 3 days. Not removing trash from the room even after requesting to reception. Water bottles only once on arrival. They don’t visit rooms to check for replacement of towels. No replenishment of toiletries.

The location of this hotel is extremely poor, situated right next to a busy highway. Most rooms suffer from constant traffic noise due to cheap construction and poor insulation — thin walls and single-pane windows do little to block out the sound. If you’re looking for a quiet night’s rest after a long workday or an international flight, this is not the place to stay. To make matters worse, some of the staff were not genuinely helpful. While they appeared to offer solutions, their responses felt like empty promises with no real intention to resolve the issue. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel — no exceptions.

The room was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The couch was comfortable and nice to sit on while watching tv. The view of the mountains was nice.

Freeway vista

The people who work at this hotel are exceptionally nice. Also, the hotel was clean

This hotel is in an appalling location. It is right next to the freeway. Can't believe they mention the view- I had a charming freeway view. It is really noisy all the time. Hot tubs are next to freeway. Right next. There is no proper breakfast, just a bar with muffins. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, the place is generic, nothing particularly nice about it. I always thought Marriotts were supposed to be fancy, but evidently not.
