    Save your money and stay elsewhere. What is promised at the Santa Monica viceroy is not fullfilled. If you want to sit in the restaurant you will need to do the order yourself online and wait to see if they will come. At the great plum tree pool area absolutely no one will come to ask if you want a drink or food- no water out at the pool or in the lobby. Even the holiday inn has water. Daughter went out to the pool and said it was dirty and body to body. Trash was everywhere. Seats are limited, unless your paying for your own gazebo. Don’t be fooled, those are not free seats in the pictures! The exorbitant fees for parking, parking tax, hotel fees don’t do the customer justice. After staying for 3 nights in calabasas I wish we would have stayed there the whole time! Totally different experience. Many of the front desk folks are just rude. Beware of going out late at night here-sketchy folks

    Came solo for a mini break for 4 nights. Was perfectly located to everything I wanted to see. Staff all super welcoming and accommodating. Loved that you can hire bikes - great way to explore! Would definitely return and bring the hubby and kids next time! ☺️
