Fairfield Inn & Suites White Marsh

Plenty of parking. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel was nice. Chose this hotel because of a concert near by. It worked great

We stayed by the elevator and it beeped loudly when it stopped on the floor, so kind of annoying when first falling to sleep

The staff was fabulous. Check-in was easy despite having service dogs. My last experience at an unrelated hotel was awful. This was such a refreshing change. I also left an item in the refrigerator and came back to ask about it. Housekeeping found it and brought it down to the front desk for me.

Only two disappointing things: Having to walk my service dogs was challenging because the entirety of the hotel was surrounded by marijuana smoke. I realize that the hotel has no control over what folks smoke outside the building, but its presence made breathing pretty challenging. On returning to the room, the first few minutes were also challenging for breathing because of a really heavy smell in the room. I don't know whether it was a cleaner smell or something from the A/C unit, but it was initially extremely pungent and smelled pretty rank.

It was good late opening Sunday 6:30

The location.

I stayed in Room 230 and there was NO HOT WATER on the first night nor in the next morning. The Television was not working for 1 day. I felt NO EMPATHY from the staff.. On checkout day, the manager gave me a reduction at half price for only 1 day.
