Staff was helpful, I had some mobility issues and they found me a room nearby so I could limit my walking
I will have to remember to bring more snacks as store stock was limited

Location
Outdated and could use a good deep clean. Heat smelled so bad had to go all day without it.

Location is very convenient to everything (highways, Franklin & South Bellingham). The property was well maintained. The layout of the room was very thoughtful and comfortable. The kitchenette was fully functional. The bed is amazing. I like being able to open the windows. Breakfast was generous and the coffee surprisingly good!

EGGS WERE STONE COLD AT BREAKFAST AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE A MICROWAVE TO HEAT THEM UP. BAR WAS CLOSED WHEN WE STAYED THERE - ONLY OPENED THREE DAYS A WEEK. THERE WAS A STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL IN THE ROOM THAT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID WAS NORMAL. WE HAD TO OPEN THE WINDOWS. WE ORDERED A MURPHY BED AND THEY JUST DROPPED IT OFF AT THE ROOM DIDN'T SET IT UP OR MAKE IT. SMOKING SECTION WAS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE MOTEL - IT STUNK OUT THERE!
STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS OKAY SIZE WISE BUT THE BATHTUB WAS EXTREMELY DATED (BORDERLINE GROSS)AND THERE WAS NO WASTEBASKET IN THE VANITY AREA? HAD TO USE THE ONE IN THE KITCHENETTE. I WAS AN EXTREMELY AVERAGE PLACE
