Room, was clean.
Have to pay for breakfast, even after paying $255 for a normal room. parking sucks. Many kids running around during hockey event.

The room itself was nice and bed was comfortable.
Barely any hot water, our tub wouldn’t close to fill up, no light above our shower, the lobby was freezing, only two working elevators and you can only have two or three buttons pushed or they got canceled out.

I expected more for the price we paid.
The hotel was clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The restaurant and bar area was so cold that we had to keep our coats on. We ate breakfast at a different restaurant due to the cold.

The location was perfect. Staff was friendly. We were compt breakfast due to switching rooms.
We were asked to switch from a king to a double. Because it was for one night, it was no big deal. The room was falling apart. Wall paper was curling, the vent in the bathroom was rusted and not patched, and the road noise was very loud.
