The pillow case have some hair and the toilet all time running water and the toilet bowl a lot rusty inside,don't have iron in the room and morning the light from sun get in because the rooms don't have cortains to block light.

Our stay was very reasonable. We liked the service; however, the room floor had too much disinfectant after cleaning, which made it slippery at times and left our feet wet. This was especially noticeable because it was raining outside.

The smog alarm kept going on it stop later on , I've stay thier long time ago ,one thing I'm going to say to customers lock ur door, if the TV doesn't work let it , I've called the lady from the office ,this happened to me BK than, when I stayed THIER before, she came to CK my room TV I've noticed she kept looking at my stuff, later on when I've CK out some items where missing, I was going through a divorce at that time my mind wasn't working good to much thinking, but at the end I knew someone went to my room when I left stold my stuff, some how they messed with the TV so u can call for fixing they come up to ur room see WT u have ,once u leave they go to the room , stay cautious ,

Pathetic , mistreated

Nothing worst customer service ever

Staff Maggie was very rude, told us we could not be loitering in the lobby for our check inn . Told us to go to the coffee shop ( another business) very poor customer service over the phone lady thinks she owns the place . I’ve never experienced this type of behavior in any of my stays. We had no plans of loitering just wanted to sit in the lobby and wait for check in time

Gross, even for a Motel 6.

The person in the office was super nice and helpful.

The place is so dirty - in both of the rooms I was in. The first room, the AC didn't work and was not cleaned well. The second room, the AC worked at least but still dirty. Hair in the bathroom sink, in the bed, on the floor; dirt and debris on the floor. I'm seriously considering checking out and going somewhere else. I know it's Motel 6 but come on. I don't understand the reviews saying how clean it is.

Scammed out of security deposit

The towels were dirty. The young lady said we stained them and took half our security deposit. We only wiped spilled juice, the towels were not stained by us. Dirty from usage but nothing a wash couldn't take care of. $50 to use a towel ia ridiculous.

It will do in a pinch

I requested no housekeeping and they still entered my room although I asked them not to. There was dog poop all over the property, and guests dogs were extremely disruptive. The pillows were thin as pancakes and hard as rocks. Every time someone in another room ran water, I could hear very loud screeching from the pipes in my room that went on ALL night long. The area was VERY industrial

Horrible I’m never going back.

Arrived and had to wait two hours in the cold because they’re system wasn’t working when I got in the room not even 2hrs into being there I get sick with the flu and had to check out early, as I’m checking out they give me a hard time trying to take my money because of stained sheets. Poor customer service both times I tried to express myself at check in and check out and they kept talking over me.

Except for the noise, we were comfortable. Staff very friendly. They had no problem tidying up our room every time we left. You do get 1 towel each but again they had no problem changing them out for us when we asked. There are a lot of places to eat, get gas , etc. plenty of parking
