I love the location of Set Property and I love that when you stay there you can go in and out of the parking garage as many times as you want so you don't have to pay for coming in and out
I love everything about this hotel except for that one person who wrote the front that was kind of rude. I don't remember her name. I should have done this review last month

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions.
The 1st night one elevator was out of order and the wait was long for only having one elevator in service.

Everything in the room was great, and the staff were very polite
The cleaners the hotel used triggered me and my friends allergies so bad that we couldn't enjoy our stay. Hers were to the point she was struggling to breath and even walk. So thanks to the hotel using fragrances cleaners, our event was ruined. You really should be using fragrance free for the health and safety of your guests. You'd be doing everyone a favor, including your staff.
