    The property was clean and nice. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast offerings were good for the most part.
    The faucet kept running in bathroom. There is no elevator to get to second floor. The pancake making machine didn’t work.

    Comfortable, elegant place with great breakfasts for a few days away.
    Breakfast was more and better than I expected, Bed was very comfortable. Huge room--larger than expected or needed. Convenient location for meeting with family.
    Bathrooms need upgrading. Bathtub was a little dingy and water is being wasted with the huge volume that comes out. Our room was close to the street, but with a white noise machine, we slept well.

    Bugs, bed uncomfortable, leaking shower annoyed us all night.
    Liked the breakfast, minus the roof leaking in the lobby we had to walk around.
    Bugs in room. Ants, spiders, gnats. Complained at checkout to the staff at counter and she said yeah sorry they’re everywhere bc of the heat. No work to try and compensate. I knew this trip I should’ve stuck with my usual place but opted to try this and it failed expectations. Also told her about the shower how it leaks and annoyed me all night both nights. Told her how the plumbing was hooked up wrong so hot is cold and cold is hot. Also got another excuse and no offer to make it right so I will not be back.

    I’ve been all over the US and other countries, but this hotel stands out as the worst and aged.
    For fumigation of our home , this property is near us being in our city.
    This hotel has many buildings. However, we got building #15 that’s adjacent to the 405 freeway. It’s so noisy , and there’s a chicken wire fence between us. It’s so unsafe. The pull out mattress from the sofa is for torture not sleeping. The floor is better because the pullout is springs only. Nothing to do with mattress. Supposedly, our room sleeps 3 people, but the plate setting and chairs are only for 2.
