About this cottage rental
Gite with beautiful views of the Cathar country of Peyrepertuse and Quéribus, away from a village typical of the Corbières in a recent pavilion. The gite is attached to a dwelling house, with terraces and adjoining garden. Small lake with waterfall and swimming at 3 km. Marked hiking trails with the GR36 and the Sentier Cathare near the village. To see the village of Cucugnan at 5km and the gorges of Galamus 18km. Hostels and small shops at 500m. The must-see sites of Carcassonne and Collioure are 1h30 from the cottage.
Gite comprising: Ground floor large porch entrance garage with local laundry, storage possibility. On the ground floor: living room with sofa bed and integrated kitchen opening onto 2 terraces, 1st south with a view of the Quéribus castle and the 2nd in the north on a small mediterranean garden of approx. 50m² with view of the castle of Peyrepertuse. WC and storage. Upstairs 1: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 and 1 bed 160, bathroom with walk-in shower with toilet. Heating included. Non smoking cottage. Sheets, towels and cleaning included.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von Alexine sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Alles sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet, viel Informationsmaterial über die Gegend auch tolle Bilder und Karten an den Wänden.
Die Schlafzimmer haben Fliegengitter, und es gibt Jalousien um die heißen Sommertage auszusperren.
Die Küche ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Toaster, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Senseo-Coffeemaker, Mikrowelle, scharfe Messer! bis hin zur Zitronenpresse und dem Topflappen, selbst große Tupperware-Dosen für das Picknick unterwegs. Alexine hat sogar Verbrauchsartikel wie Müllbeutel, Alufolie, Geschirrspüler-Tabs, Waschmittel und Toilettenpapier bereitgelegt, es war wirklich für alles gesorgt...Merci beaucoup!!!!! .
...und wer sein e-Auto beim Haus laden möchte, hat eine öffentliche Ladesäule in der Nähe oder die Steckdose beim schattigen Stellplatz als mögliche Option. Das Haus hat einen Wasch-/Abstellraum, wo man z.B. auch mitgebrachte Fahrräder oder ähnliches wegschließen kann. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt...Vielen Dank! Gîte très confortable et lumineux, situé à fleur d’un village bucolique doté d’une eau de source vivifiante, il offre de belles vues changeantes sur la vallée et sur les sommets montagneux d’en face. Il nous a permis de faire de belles randonnées à pied, des baignades et des découvertes culturelles intéressantes en voiture.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison mitoyenne bien équipée, au calme. Vastes chambres et pièce de vie agréables.
Bon contact avec la propriétaire. Très bon emplacement entre queribus et Perpertuse.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte calme, très propre, lumineux et très bien équipé. La vue est fantastique et le gite idéalement situé pour visiter la région.
