Bed ok but pillows very bad, soft

Not clean, room was terrible, first glance it’s ok but as you look around there was hair in many parts of bathroom that wasn’t mine. Shower had hair, floor had hair, pillow cases looked as if they hadn’t been washed in a while, faint stains on them. Place is pretty noisy also for my taste. Could hear people talking in room next door. I won’t stay here again. The Marriott I usually stay at was full this time around so I tried out this place. Haha not good. Breakfast is a complete joke, best to just say they don’t have breakfast. Dell taco down the street for breakfast. But I have to say over all it is better than motel 6.

Great Hotel! Where's My Patio?

The facilities were great, clean, bed was comfy.

I asked specifically for a patio in my booking and was not put in a room with one. I paid extra for the King Room with a patio and pool view and was disappointed to just have a window and no patio.

Overall happy with my stay, but....

Nice, convenient area. Close to freeway and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and room was nicely updated and clean. Also, surprisingly quiet for being pet friendly.

Bed was too high and a bit difficult to climb into. Also, for the price of the room, the parking should've been free.

Overall the stay was good for the one night.

We liked that there was a variety of breakfast options offered. We especially like the coffee and the juices choices Disappointed there was no hot oatmeal. The staff assisting with breakfast was excellent.

The beds were very comfortable, but for my 95 year old mother it was too high for her to get into. The room could have been more child and elderly friendly. It was a little noisy with the freeway traffic.

Great value for a one night stay

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Efrain at the front desk was professional and knowledgeable about the area. Both day time receptionist were a pleasure. At the food counter despite a long line the worker was nice and efficient.

I didn’t like the style of breakfast offered. I wish it had been a continental breakfast. I also thought check out was a bit early.

Pleasurable and comfortable in all aspects

Super clean and comfy room. Top notch for sure. Enough pillows and the modern enhancements made it ideal. My wife loved it. We will make it our go to every 4-6 months when visiting California.

All was great-I do have one small suggestion. With such a nice room the TV is small and outdated. The TV was not positioned in an ideal angle to watch. Need upgrade to at least a 55 inch HD smart tv. It’ll match the quality of room better.

The place was good, good neighborhood. They charge extra for parking, didn’t really have that at other places but that’s fine. The breakfast was bad if you could even call it that, the breakfast lady was nice but the food was just not expected, wouldn’t call it a proper breakfast. If you are gonna stay here don’t pay the breakfast, everything else was good.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom vs king room

There was alot of people there for a softball tournament. Apparently their reservations were wrong or they were disappointed. We waited in line a long time to check in because the four families checking in before us were upset and the staff had to deal with them. The final night it was very loud and noisy.

It was good for a short stay. No restaurant or bar nearby or walking distance. Rooms were immaculate and in good shape.

The pool was fantastic and the patio was nice. The rooms and furniture were immaculate. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, although quick to move you along.

The breakfast was not a hotel breakfast and it was not $10 a person as advertised. It was a private service, Starbucks, which did also make eggs and pancakes. 3 adults and 2 children came to $85. That’s not sustainable for a stay of 4 days. Also, there was no where to empty our trash so it piled up in the room.

The drain in the bathtub didn't drain. Standing in water up to our ankles while showering. The employee at the coffee bar was sick and didn't know how to make an Americano. I ended up dumping it. Wasn't too happy about her breathing on my cup.

Ideal for partying, not rest

Parents of a traveling baseball team were partying and playing extremely loud music through a guitar amp at the pool in the hotel center (so loud it was vibrating walls/windows etc). Staff were unwilling to intervene because those guests "are allowed to enjoy themselves." Fortunately one staff member released us from our booking after a few hours in the room so we could find another hotel.

We had to switch hotels due to a leak, then our new keys did not work. Great except that.

Breakfast was good. To improve, I would serve cooked oatmeal in a large crockpot type container.

I noticed several people who were eating breakfast who were coughing as they were getting their plate. Suggestion to keep utensils, plates , food covered.
