Great hotel, large rooms, attentive staff. I stayed for a week, and staff readily assisted when asked. Room was clean and comfortable, LOVED the convenience of a fridge AND microwave AND coffee maker!
Hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms while I was there (inadvertent ordering issue). After asking a couple of times, one of the managers made a point to find some and had it delivered to my room (thank you!). Coffee is very important to travelers! One other minor complaint...I had to pay $5/day for hotel lot parking (never heard of that before!!)

We didn’t have breakfast. Pool was nice
Receptionist on leaving needs to get a personality Booked a king room with balcony but you couldn’t use it as it was directly overlooked by the adjacent room. Room was dark

That parking was an added fee, water pressure in shower didn’t seem very strong,

There was a cockroach in my room for the whole stay they never cleaned it up. They also didnt make my bed or change the sheets like I asked twice.
