The property is very clean. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The hallway was quiet for the most part. The pool area is kept and the pool looks clean.
It would be good if the hotel had regular housekeeping services. They only clean once during a 7 day stay, we stayed for 7 days. I had to call twice to have the garbage picked up and a change of towels. It would be really good to have the room cleaned daily.
The sofa in the room was dated, it needs to replaced along with pillows. There were two small pillows that did not give any back support.

Location is great.
The front desk staff were not friendly at all. I had issues with a room that had a dirty carpet and an overall very outdated appearance. The carpet was so dirty that it even triggered my sinusitis. It was extremely difficult to get my room changed. On another occasion, I complained about the shower water temperature, and the employee actually asked if maybe I was the problem for preferring a hotter shower. Overall, the customer service experience was very disappointing.
