It was located exactly where I needed to be in Gahanna. The staff were superb and kind. They agreed for me to check out at 3pm which was unbelievably generous of them.

Not bad but very disappointed about the bathroom sink experience.

It was good and pleasant and it was clean.

I was very disappointed with the bathroom sink. It was clogged up and the water wouldn't go down the drain. The front desk told us that no one could fix it until the next day. It was very inconvenient and unsanitary. I feel that I should be compensated for the inconvenience. It was very disappointing trying to get dressed and not having a working bathroom sink. I would like to be compensated for that unfortunate experience.

Hotel stay was a Disaster even though I tried to prevent that by calling a day before

The location

There was nothing that I liked besides the location. KATLYNN lied to me, I called her twice the day before my arrival to make sure we had two Queen beds, she assured me there was, the day of arrival no double beds, just one King. This made our stay horrible and the rooms for handicap is definitely not handicap. We had to call fire department to get my brother out of bed, and toilet. I give this hotel & staff 0, especially Kaitlyn

Isolated and inconvenient and horribly overpriced

The bed was large and comfortable, The Staff were all very Friendly...but unable to fix their wi-fi. The Airport shuttle was quite convenient. Pretty quiet area...easy to sleep. Free strong hot coffee 24 hours a day.

Horribly overpriced- should be about HALF of the price. The wi-fi is set to ONLY work on cell phones NOT PCs. Horrible booking system not really integrated with Booking.com- had massive issues checking in. Subway is the only food within walking distance. Isolated and far from anything other than housing...takes forever (1-2 hours) for a taxi / Uber to arrive. Breakfast was barely edible...but with fruit

The outside was pretty and the parking was easy. We were close to things, but we were also in view of other things that were questionable. A hotel within our site had a lot of people hanging around outside, that did not appear to be guests.

We didn’t like the breakfast that well as compared to other hotels. There were spills outside of the elevator that did not get cleaned up. Behind our bathroom toilet was an accumulation of dark brown dirt behind the fixtures. There were stains on the sitting chair in the room where it looks like people had laid their heads. It was an oily stain

Amazing staff makes all the difference!

The staff were really the highlight of the stay. Went above and beyond to answer questions and help us out. On top of that the rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Night shift. 1am sweetest nicest people. Most amazing breakfast setup I've seen. Waffle bar looks like an ice cream topping center. Bedroom nice little wet bar/ desk area nice pull out couch. The bed was soooo comfy!! I literally changed plans and I'm stay here again in 2 days . Fantastically amazing is my rating :)

The prices for refreshments. A 20 ounce bottle of water should not EVER cost four dollars…anywhere. A 16 ounce bag of Doritos should NEVER cost four dollars, anywhere. These are amusement park-type prices. It’s insulting.
