The resort is expansive and caters to families with numerous children. The accommodations were satisfactory, though not particularly distinctive. We visited to celebrate New Year's Eve 2026; the venue was well decorated for the occasion, and guests were provided with champagne and festive accessories. The service staff consistently greeted us courteously throughout our stay.
It took ten minutes for staff to find our reservation. We booked for a New Year's Eve celebration but the venue was sold out after we reserved, despite being assured that there is no issue getting a table. Staff promised a solution, but only offered dinners ending at 10 pm, so we watched the fireworks from our room. For $750 per night, this was disappointing.

The hotel was exactly as we hoped - a lovely, comfortable room on a high floor; the shops were excellent, the Starbucks concession very convenient and the pool and lazy river just what we expected. We didn't use the slides or the Aquaventure but they both looked good fun and seemed very popular. Whole hotel had a nice vibe and it was pleasantly busy all the time!
Valet parking got very busy and there were some delays getting our vehicle on a couple of the days but other than that, nothing to complain about!
