    Needed a one night stay after coming from a day in San Francisco & had a good deal at this hotel. Arrival at 830pm to immediately shut down and sleep before a morning departure. This place is safe and has amenities needed for a potential superior stay unless... 1. Your room for 4 only has 2 bath towels (hard to get this taken care of immediately next morning before we left) 2. The toilet paper runs out as you're sitting on the toilet and there's no extra! Kleenex used instead-we've been camping prior to this so maybe this is meant to be?? 3. Upon arrival, evening front office staff is inconvenienced to answer questions about building amenities (where the ground floor was since the entrance seemed to be on"the ground"). Guess what-there's a lower level that's built into the building accessible to the outside behind the building. I usually don't immediately think of this setup when walking into a hotel for the 1st time. But I think maybe the inconvenience was more because he would rather stay focused on his cell phone rather than answer a few questions. 4. The rooms need new beds. Worst beds in my entire trip-stayed at best western, marriott, and Hilton owned hotels and this was the squeakiest and most uncomfortable bed I've slept in these past three weeks.
