About this apartment rental
We offer for rent, for periods from one week to three months, a superb apartment completely renovated and tastefully furnished, located in a luxury building "Le Fontainebleau" overlooking Cannes and near Boulevard Carnot, secure luxury residence with guard day and night, in the middle of a large park, very nice equipped swimming pool, tennis.
On the 7th floor, a large two-room apartment of 68 m² including and 18 m² terrace:
- a large entrance;
- a dining room (sofa bed of 160L);
- an 18 m² terrace which extends the living / dining room, table terrace chairs
and chairs, enjoying a panoramic sea view over the entire bay of Cannes;
- a bedroom (2 beds of 90 L);
- a modern and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher,
washer-dryer, induction hob, fridge / freezer, robots), table bar 4
people, balcony;
- a bathroom (bath / shower, double sink unit with storage and
cupboards);
- independent W.C.
On the 1st floor:
- a bedroom of 16 m² (2 beds of 90 L);
- a bathroom (shower, vanity unit with cupboards and cupboards, W. C.).
