I was charged more than my booking rate. When I questioned the bill I was told to take it up with booking.com. I can't find a way to message booking.com. There was no hot food for breakfast. I was told that they had run out the day before and weren't due a delivery until the next day. Terrible service

The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was non existent. Most food items weren't stocked and they ran out of breakfast meat. There was no hot coffee and the staff were always "away" from the desk with a sign posted saying you could relax while waiting for them to return. Where were they???

Great place after a long day of driving

The room was great beautiful piece of property. Only thing that sucks is the parking. Definitely not enough parking. Get there early if you’re staying there.

NO GOOD FREE WIFI- you have to sign up for Hilton Honors, then still have to pay $5/day for actually connecting wifi. the front desk staff was nowhere to be found upon check-in. I waited over 20 minutes just for someone to walk out

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at I couldn’t get it cancelled for free so we had to stay the front desk lady

Main lobby was pretty

The elevator ceiling was barely attached made weird noises. One of the rooms I booked had a pill lying on the floor my 5yo child found it the bathroom sink had hair all in it. In the other room I booked when the blankets were pulled back there were food crumbs and hair in the bed when I booked the room it said it had a pool but the front desk lady said they had no pool

Scam charging for wash clothes!

I was charged $35.00 for a wash cloth!!!! Because it had makeup on it. That’s what a wash cloth is for!! It was not sheets, a throw, pillow cases, a $2.00 wash cloth to wash your face!!

I will never stay at a Hilton or Hampton again. If wash cloths are a probably for maybe furnishings a black makeup wash cloth as others do. It’s a scam can you imagine how many people get charged this!!!!!!!

Nice facility, good breakfast but missing furniture

Clean and well kept

Our room seemed to be missing furniture. Looked as if there was a chair or small sofa missing in one corner. There was a reading lamp but nothing to sit on to use it. The other corner seemed to be set up for a small table and maybe a couple of dining chairs but the corner was bare.

No pool!!

The property shows an indoor pool, as I was traveling with children - I booked solely based on the hotel having an indoor pool. We check in, and find out that they got rid of the pool. Front desk clerk is less than friendly, offering 1-2 word responses, not apologetic at all. I’m extremely frustrated and my children are very disappointed.

Wonderful hotel, friendly and caring staff, nice beds

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed and nice, stylish room. Wonderful breakfast made by the manager (waffles, eggs with cheese, coffee, etc), patient towards travelers. Right off the freeway.

Outside area is pretty sketchy and there are no security cameras or security personnel. Back door is right on a creepy blind alley with tons of spots for people to jump out from and mug you while you're getting your wallet out to get inside (tip: keep your room key in your pocket, not your wallet). You will be fine if you stick to the main entrance

The location is amazing. So many stores and things to do all around. Also super quiet and comfortable. The hot tub and indoor pool where perfect to relax in.

The guy who is the general manager was unpleasant.

You can not pay in cash when you get there. Housekeeping saw us leaving with no pillows and still reported that we took the pillows when they were in the room.

Liked the location

I did not like that I chose a king room with sofa bed and then front desk lady gave my keys and when I checked in my room it was two double queen beds room and I would of thought she would of told me that they had to switch up our rooms due to computer errors of that king with sofa being available online and not at the hotel so I wasted time going up and down the elevator to go talk to front desk and also our room did not even have microwave it was such a inconvenience and our bathroom sink was plugged up. And also front desk lady was never at the front desk I would have to wait for her because she was outside happened at least 3 times….she kept complaining to me she was working on her wedding day.
