    The room was clean, but no heat. I stayed there 6 days, for 4 of the days I was there the elevator didn’t work and I had to take the stairs. I was bra man on the 5th floor 😂 but that’s a lot of stairs up and down just to do something as simple as refreshing a my room key which I had to do daily for some reason 🤷🏾‍♂️. The staff were good at the front desk. Took all day to get new towels and I had to ask the cleaning staff for a trash bag, my trash can was returned to me with no bag in it. Will never book there again!

    Pool was closed. No breakfast despite being advertised. No ice bucket or cups in room, no coffee maker, vending machines only, no stopper for tub. The elevator was out of service for entire stay even though I requested a room on the first floor they placed me on the third floor which was quite difficult for my disabled companion. They did comp me a $10 parking pass because of the elevator, although when exiting the parking lot their gate opens outward, directly towards your car, and the sensor will not trigger until you get close enough to the gate where the outward opening gate will hit your car if there's anyone behind you. It left a noticeable but buffable dent on my car...frustrating. Extremely clean, so so on quiet (lots of loud kids) very comfortable beds, decent value for the money, pet friendly, modern decor, in good repair, polite staff, I guess not the best not the worst. I've stayed way worse places and it was a good deal :)
