The staff of the hotel was very accommodating! The rooms were very clean. We had a great breakfast with many choices.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
The beds where stiff and hard, no cushion. The room was not very sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and could easily hear people in the pool area on the floor below us, and we could hear people in the hallway.

Hotel was extremely convenient and hospitable for family in town for a funeral. Highly recommend this hotel for future stay in Waterloo, IA.
