Best Western Ocean City Hotel and Suites

The room was cozy and clean. Customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.

Although I don’t have much to say about the room, the bed mattresses could use an upgrade. Room 403

The heat....

The staff at the front desk. They were so kind and pleasant. Our room was available to check into 4 hours before the typical 4:00pm check in time, which was absolutely amazing.

There was a horrible smell in the elevator the entire time-like old food, must, and marijuana. All night long there were doors slamming, people talking loudly in the hallways, movement all up and down the halls, which made the floors creak constantly. I had the air conditioner running, the fan on in the bathroom, and a tv on, all in attempt to block out the noise…it was a fail. I got a combined max of 2 hours of sleep due to the nonstop sounds. Public bathroom on the 1st floor needed a really good cleaning-toilet paper everywhere on the floor, gunk around the counter and soap dispenser, just in general it felt dirty. Could have spent way less to stay somewhere else, had I know this was going to be how my stay here went.
