Loved the size & space of the room. The bed was super comfortable & the place was nice & clean. Needed the space to do some work and it was perfect for the time I needed to spend in. Also needed a place to stay near Hercules & this place was super convenient & close to the highway. Loved that the fridge had a freezer & the room had a microwave. Coffee place just down the street was perfect for a morning walk to get my morning cup of joe.
The wifi was spotty so I used my own hotspot instead. When I tried to watch Netfilx on the TV it kept stalling. The remote didn't work well, even after changing the batteries. Not a big deal though.

Friendly staff. The motel looks old and dated outside, but that's simply "vintage" historical signage. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed with modern appliances, fixtures, etc.
Something weird about the WiFi: my Android system ID'ed the hotel router's SSL "certificate" as not legitimate; could have been hacked. No outdoor trash cans, so any stinky garbage must stay in your room overnight. Area is definitely sketchy; leave nothing in your car!

Very cute small retro motel. Room was clean and had what you needed.
The bed was way too hard. Not comfortable at all. One of the chairs in the room was broken and leaning to one side.
