The location was good! The bed itself was very comfortable and we loved it.
However, the overall experience was not really something we expected.
1. The first key that was given to was for a room located in 3rd floor. When we got there, the room was dirty and not yet cleaned. So we went down to the front desk again and this guy gave us a new room.
2. When we got to this new room, it was clean and nice. But the smell was disgusting! Clearly previous guests were smoking inside the room. Take note, we wanted a no smoking room and the one given to us smelled like tobacco. The whole 3 days 2 nights, I was coughing and got dizzy due to the smell of it.
3. The 2nd day, I was shocked because someone was trying to get in to our room. I found out that it was an another guest trying to check in. CLEARLY, THE FRONT DESK DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! They are giving out rooms that are not ready and they are giving out rooms that have been occupied already! So imagine my fear when someone was trying to get inside our room. Good thing I was there, but who knows?! What if we went out and our things got stolen? Nahhh not good.
4. When we were checking out, nonone was at the front desk. This was around 4am CST. We were on a tight schedule and no one was at the front desk. We stayed for more than 10mins waiting for this front desk associate to come back.
Overall, this place 7/10. It was good but I wont be coming back here anymore.
