I love it & will be back

Staff was very professional. I had the opportunity to meet General Manager Stefan & he was very attentive to an issue that had occurred with my extended stay. I also met Emilio & he took very good care of my wife & grandchildren. Very clean & safe friendly environment. Staff here are amazing & I will continue building my points as I will always recommend to family & friends who travels slot to stay at the Hampton. Thank you

Sausage , eggs, potatoes were cheap quality and not much variety like a few years ago.. It looked overcooked and grey., realizing it’s quick breakfast it was low quality for the price of the room. It used to be way better. This has to do with the hotel NOT the staff who were exceptional.

Staff were not exactly helpful. They were friendly but did not help with our many suitcases or even offer a trolley for us to take them upstairs ourselves. Just watched us struggle

First Class - Better Than the Average Hampton!!!

This was the best Hampton I've stayed in for years. Facility was clean. Water was provided. Beds were comfortable. Windows that open. Air in the room. Breakfast better than usual. Surprising attention to detail. Location somewhat far from our freeway route but I would definitely use the extra few minutes to stay here again.

Free Champagne, with a back rub before bed!!!! LOL Can't think of a thing (that's appropriate!) Ha.

Booked an elevator adjacent room which was super noisy. In the future I'll not book by the elevator, that is on me as the staff mentioned during booking that an elevator close room was available but not that it was noisy there.

Good stay if you're on the top floor.

The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

We had just gone to bed at 9:30 when someone checked in to the room above us. We had an early flight and were hoping to get a little rest. The person stomped around and dropped things, and made a lot of noise for more than an hour. It actually sounded like the room was being worked on, that's how much noise was made. When they finally stopped making noise, it was around 10:45. Then in the morning at 3:00 am, the stomping, dragging and dropping things started up again, and went on for 45 minutes, so we decided to just get up. We actually had a white noise machine, turned on high, plus pillows over our ears, and it didn't help much. We got very little sleep. We would consider staying here again, but only if we could get a room on the top floor. Everything else was nice.

We stayed there because we came to Eugene to bury my son and we had to leave early due to another emergency but the girl behind the desk was not helpful in trying to refund our second day. Won’t be staying here again

Better Than Expected

I travel to Eugene often to visit family. My experience with other hotels in Eugene has ben that, being a college town, the hotels are well used and not the cleanest. The Hampton Inn on the other hand is very clean, and the stafff is very polite. I will be staying there again when I visit family in West Eugene.

Superb

Modern unit that was close to many conveniences and also not too far from the airport. Shaun was very patient and informative and answered all of our questions. The breakfast area was right in the main lobby and obviously easy to find. They had wonderful complimentary cookies available.
