Excellent choice 👌

I totally loved that it was directly across the airport within walking distance! Superb! It made it so easy to get to the airport! It gave us more time to sleep in a little longer, knowing the airport was next door. All in all. That was really the best thing about the hotel 🏨 it's all about location. We even turned in the rental car the night before .

The convenience of how close it was to the airport. It is obviously a very big hotel and everybody that worked there at different stations or desks were very kind.

The place to stay at TYS.

If you're headed to, or flying into, McGhee Tyson Airport and need a hotel, this is the place to stay. It's literally steps away from the airport and rental cars. In addition, they have late check out.

Cleanliness and location..

Had an absolutely terrible night. We were put in a room that faced the pool. The noise level was extreme. After calling the front desk, I was towed we could not move rooms because the hotel was full. I did explained that the noise coming from the pool was extremely loud, not normal noise and got no real solution.

Can’t beat the location!! Clean. Nice rooms.

I’ve stayed a few times and noise has consistently been an issue: trash/delivery trucks outside windows, slamming doors (they don’t seem to have closers that control such events), staff shouting to each other down halls, a/c units in room that buzz and rattle. One visit there was no hot water for shower after arriving on late flight around midnight.

Best location to get to Knoxville Airport

Perfect location when flying out of Knoxville Airport. The hotel is connected to the airport so you can follow the convenient walkway to the terminal. We had a 7am flight and didn't have to worry about getting there on time.

An average hotel stay, not worth the higher cost

The staff was great. The bed was comfortable.

The price for the room, compared to other local options, is much higher. In return, I expected a higher quality experience than an average hotel. But there was nothing really high quality or outstanding about it. For instance, I was given a key to a dirty room. The high room price did not include breakfast. Simply not worth the price compared to other local options.

Perfect location and quite room but a bit too expensive (at least in my case) for the room quality .

Position is perfect for a late arrival / early departure to/from the Tyson airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. The complimentary water bottle is a kind offer by the staff .

The hotel is quite old style. Despite the very large size of the room the restroom is too small, the shower (inside the bath-tube) is too low and closed by curtains instead of a more clean and efficient glass door.
