Absolutely nothing was liked about this super8 very rude and disrespectful staff of your not Hindi.....they go into your room with out any notice even when your in the room

Absolutely Gross

Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy, roaches on the wall, air conditioner, floor, and in the microwave. Chair was very heavily stained and dirty. A smell that will traumatize you. Used towel hanging in bathroom. Dust balls and debris in every corner of the room. Tenants living in this dump which explains the roaches. Steer clear of this place. The regional manager will lie to booking.com and say the rooms are very clean and sanitary. He has no idea, he is not there and unreachable. I have pics for proof

Slept Well but the Overall Experience was Disappointing

The Super 8 is close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. The room is comfortable and clean. The parking lot is also clean with simple landscaping around the motel.

When I went to check-in there was a sign that said they would be back in a moment. After waiting for 20 minutes, I left and went to go eat. When I returned two women were back at the reception desk and check-in went smoothly. Sadly, the same thing happened when I check-out. There was a sign staying they would be away for a moment. After waiting for 15 minutes, I left the key behind the glass and left. I went to go eat but then there was no milk for the cereal. Details like leave a bad first impression. In the room, the TV remote did not work. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out and gave up. I ended up using my laptop to watch Netflix. Also, the towels are quite thin and need to be replaced. Also, the two desk chairs in the room are very worn out. There is very little cushioning left in them and thought I was going to fall through. I ended up taking a pillow from the bed to sit on the chair for comfort.
