The hotel was way more than I expected for the price. We got a bag full of snacks when.we checked in, our room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Best night of sleep I have had in a while.

The facility is what you would expect. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not good, so that was disappointing. Additionally, the cost of the stay was ridiculous. Apparently a local graduation gave hotels the excuse to raise prices to rip off rates.

The bed was comfortable. The location was ok. I was able to pick the floor that I stayed on.

The breakfast was disgusting. Food items weren’t fully cooked, juice was sour, and even the oatmeal was watery. Gross all around. And there were kids baseball teams there the entire weekend.

Well worth the money for the stay

Super clean, easy to find, beautiful room even nicer than I was expecting. Sheets and pillows for the sofa bed were already in the closet, the front desk was amazing the lady that checked us in gave us milk for our daughter just so we didn’t have to get back out since it was so late when we checked in. The bed was really comfortable, room was really nice and everything worked as it should.

The location was convenient to the Promenade mall in Rogers but also close to downtown Bentonville.

There were multiple youth sports teams staying the same night as me. The fire alarm went off at 10:30pm, so it was a small inconvenience…nothing the property could control.

NOTHING!!!!

DO NOT stay there! Has a terrible experience!!! Got to the hotel at 10pm to check in, the lady at the front desk informs me that the hotel was fully booked and unfortunately my room didn’t have a working toilet! She put me on the 3rd floor and said the only thing the hotel could do was to give me a key to another bedroom (which was going through renovations) on the SECOND FLOOR!!! Seriously the hotel expected me to walk to another floor or downstairs to use the bathroom??? Mind you, I’m PREGANT!! Needed to use the bathroom multiple times during the night and that was the treatment I got. I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know, so at least I’d have had the chance to book somewhere else but the excuse was that there was no phone numbers on file! Such BS!!!! Oh and as soon I as I get in the room, no towels in the bathroom! Worst experience I’ve ever been through! I’ll never stay there again!!!

Room sadly in poor condition. The heater/ac unit antiquated and extremely loud, broken toilet seat and toilet paper holder, sticky carpet. Overall outdated. I would have expected this quality for an 80$/ night hotel not one that was $160.

Bed was comfy and the thermostat worked well. It was not far from the amphitheater and there were a lot of eating/drinking option close

The ADA room was not very big. The toilet should have been high with grab bars. There was barely enough room for a wheelchair. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise. The staff was great an helpful
