The house keeping staff were very friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. Had no problem giving me clean towels when I missed them coming to my door in the morning gave them to me that evening without a problem and very understanding on why I missed them that morning.

The hotel hallways were so hot. The room wasn’t what they pictured on the internet. it says it’s a smoke free building, but as soon as you walk in the lobby it smells. I reserved a room with two queens. The room was pretty decent size, but it was pretty nasty, the carpet was stained with blue marks. The pull out couch was legit was broken. I feel as if they should have removed it, instead it was left in the room and the couch pillows on top of the small table. The restroom had mold stains
