The check-in staff was friendly. Glad that breakfast was included, and we hung out in the lobby until we were ready to head out for the airport,

My Mother-in-law's room was musty smelling. I realize Florida is humid, but the smell was a distraction while I was in my Mother-in-law's room.

Very Disappointing

This hotel is actually gross- it doesn't seem like a Best Western- more like a Motel 6 The rooms are dirty and moldy. We only had 2 towels for 4 people and were told they were out of clean towels.

There is a strip club right across the street and this hotel is located next to the freeway on a very busy street

Very musty smell on the 4th floor. Was terrible getting off the elevator and having to smell that. Ice machine wasn't working. Had to go to another floor. Lost money in the vending machines. Front staff wouldn't help. The shower head had a huge leak and would cause the entire floor to get wet. The floors around the beds were not clean as the results were shown on my socks. Hotel in sketchy area. Trashy people hanging out in parking lot.

Fake photos! Cockroaches! Mold!

Mold on the wall, a bag from Walmart is put on the fire safety sensor. Cockroaches!!! The furniture is all old. The air is humid, no wonder the ceiling and mold are in black mold. Even the furniture is rusty because of the humidity in the room.The air conditioner doesn’t work, it’s old, the grille is broken. The manager is rude who offered to move out if you don’t like something. And I paid for 5 days of stay! Naturally, no one wanted to return my money. He just told me that I need discuss with booking and doesn’t care. All the staff knows which hotel and I was with my children, and staff were very sympathetic to me and sorry about this bad experience. But the manager is a complete scoundrel, liar and rude. I will never go to this Best western after such experience

The elevators are old and scary thought it was going to break down. The rooms door frames in the bathroom are old look like water damage. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. A few roaches did show their face.

Warning: Only Stay Here If Last Resort Booking

This location is next to I-95. Has stores and fast food close by. Straight shot to the beach. Parking.

My four-day stay was severely disappointing due to unacceptable conditions. I was forced to switch rooms after finding roaches in the first one. The second room also had roaches and significant maintenance issues: the tub drainage was so poor that showering felt like standing in a pool, and the sink also drained slowly. Adding to the lack of hygiene, several towels were visibly stained with makeup. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The shower goes extremely hot intermittently, and that can cause serious problem to a child on adult. They can get burned by taking a shot on that water going extremely hot regardless of how you adjusted to be cold it just goes hot in the middle of the shower.

Great breakfast. Great Staff. The lady that was working who loaned me 2 envelopes and waved the security deposit for me was amazing. She could tell I was having banking difficulties and she still accepted my reservation and checked me in and waved the deposit. Thank you so much!!!

Great choice to visit Hard Rock Stadium

The location was really good for our visit to Hard Rock Stadium. The staff was very attentive, comfy bed and the included breakfast had many options.

There was a bit of a weird smell when you walk in, kind of like dampness or something, but nothing major.
