I wouldn't stay at this hotel again a

Front staff was nice and helpful.

Room was dirty, chips on the floor and pillow covers were dirty. The whole facility had dirty floors and seemed like they hadn't been cleened in weeks. Breakfast was alright, but not many options.

Very disappointing

The hotel overbooked and did not notify me until the morning of and was very rude! I booked a double queen and pretty much had no choice but to except the king room they said was only available for my stay. Totally unacceptable especially because I booked in advance

Room we were in was okay, we were unable to watch tv due to it not working, it’s like the speaker was wet, sparking something. But everything else was decent .

I expect a clean and finished suite for $300 per night.

We paid $300 for a King Suite with a sofa. NO sofa, the room had new paint (we smelled paint all night, windows wouldn’t open) The bathroom was in the middle of a remodel, the entire hotel was being renovated all at once. The “new” furniture looked like it was purchased from Walmart. The elevator was half down with new flooring and old carpet. There was poop on the shower curtain!! Gross! The shower knob was broken, so the water was Hot or Cold.

Don't bother staying until renovation completed

Newly renovated rooms on third floor but not upgraded bathrooms

Building works, lift was terrible with loose rug on the floor. Breakfast was terrible as one waffle machine and people queuing to make a waffle as the hot selections were not replenished so good luck getting anything to eat. Had to walk to next hotel to use the laundry as full of building materials. Uncompleted internal works with boxes everywhere and bare floors. Pool was small and taken over by families and kids jumping in and out of the jacuzzi with parents not worrying about them and not monitored by staff.

Good location. Front desk staff when we got there was pleasant and helpful.

Under construction, which we didn’t know before we got there. Lobby was unsafe and piled with furniture. No place to sit for breakfast. No effort to remedy situation when requested. TV was inappropriate for children. Manager was very rude and used f word in front of our grandchildren.

The facility wasn’t luxurious, but was okay.

Breakfast was slow due to the line for waffles. The sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Clean.

I’m not sure why we were placed in a room for the handicapped. The rug needed to be replaced. The damage to the walls fixed.

This is a run down hotel that is totally acceptable for one night.

It had a decent price point for the area and was convenient to the interstate without being noisy. The breakfast was actually pretty decent.

The room was in disrepair and badly needs painted if nothing else. The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing.

Nice enough for an overnight stay and out of the hustle of town yet still close enough.

It was right on the riverside. Breakfast was great with fresh cooked eggs and sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal. Something for everyone.

It’s an older building that needs a lot of attention. The rooms are nice enough, but the key mechanisms need to be updated as you have to swipe your key several times to make it work and the one to the pool had to be manually unlocked to gain access. There was only 1 ice machine on the main floor and the cleaning product they used in the bathroom set my allergies off.

Our room had a gnat problem in the bathroom. Every night after 5 pm our room keys would not work. When leaving the elevator did not work and staff were not aware nor showed concern when notified.

I didn’t like that we booked months in advance and was given a quote with the tax and fees and when we checked in we were told a different price and they would not change it.
