    We enjoyed our stay — good bed, plenty of hot water, nice breakfast — would have liked liquid body wash soap to be included in amenities, but good that they included shampoo, conditioner, and body moisturizing lotion.

    Our travel group had an absolutely awful experience here and will never recommend this property. We booked two separate multi-room suites: a 2-King Bed Suite with a kitchen and a 2-Queen Bed Suite.Upon arrival, the bait-and-switch began. The front desk agent claimed our 2-Queen Suite was just a standard room. Despite showing him our clear, confirmed booking documentation, he refused to honor it, dismissively stating that "because you booked through a third party," it wasn't his problem.The room we actually received had major maintenance issues. In the King Suite, two stove burners did not work on the first day. On the second day, the sink faucet handle completely broke off. We notified reception immediately, and they promised to send maintenance. By our third day, absolutely nothing was fixed.To make matters worse, the hotel has ridiculous service policies:No automatic housekeeping if you stay more than two days.You must request cleaning before 9:00 AM, or your room will not be touched.Zero delivery service for essentials. When we ran out of toilet paper, tissue, and fresh towels, we were told we had to walk down to the reception desk ourselves to retrieve them.The absolute worst part happened at checkout. When I brought up these issues to the receptionist, he rudely stated that he knew about the damage, claimed it wasn't broken when we arrived, and accused our group of breaking it.
