Usually a great place to stay, but sometimes things don’t always work out for the best.

I enjoy the location and the surrounding stores, restaurants, and general ease to travel around the area when I stay at the Ayres. I have traveled to Riverside and Fontana from this hotel and it makes the drive convenient and ideal for the usual plans for the weekend.

This stay we had an extremely LOUD A/C and I was disappointed at the temperature in the room throughout my entire stay.

Staff can be snobby. We are a heavily tattooed family who dress comfortably and felt as though the front desk staff were dismissive of us and made us feel unwelcome.

Over all we enjoyed our stay!

My family really enjoys staying at the Ayres! We first discovered it while staying in Laguna Woods area. We appreciate the affordable prices, complimentary breakfast, and the cleanliness of it. Also the staff is always nice and helpful! We have made Ayres hotel our pick for southern California and will continue to do so. I even signed up for the rewards program!!

The one thing I noticed upon our arrival and during our stay is over flowing trash cans everywhere. The trash can outside as you arrive was overflowing, the lobby trash can by the coffee station was overflowing, and the pool trash can had a box of trash outside of it. We only stayed one night but noticed the next morning nothing was done about it. It is just not a good look and an easy fix.

Wonderful, clean boutique hotel with very friendly staff.

The breakfast is always amazing with made to order omelets, waffles with strawberries & whipped cream, sausage, bacon, eggs potatoes and Q, the chef who has the biggest and brightest personality. The fresh baked cookies at front desk in the evenings were so delicious! Nice touch! The beds are so comfortable and the tub is perfectly ideal for a wonderful soak. My room has a ceiling fan which was wonderful!

Only thing is that the elliptical was not fully operational, I love the elliptical as my fitness machine of choice so I miss that workout.

Beautiful location. The complimentary breakfast was delicious

I had two separate reservations, one they booking.com and the second night i did it over the phone. But I canceled the extra night thar i did over the phone. And they ended up cancelling both nights. But my cousin stayed at the hotel under the booking.com reservation and I got a new reservation at counter with discounted rate for their wrongful cancellation. And this was a good discount.

I didn’t like that they confused the booking.com reservation, with the one made by phone and cancelled both nights when I only needed to cancelled the Sunday night. But it got fixed at counter.

Comfortable and Convenient

The location was only 7 minutes from the venue of the wedding we came into town for. We did not have breakfast as we had a family brunch to attend the next day.

We were literally there to sleep, get up and check out so we have no comment.

Absolutely amazing inside and out! The staff-from the front desk to the kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance —make this property truly exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond: courteous, respectful, accommodating, and professional. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and, as I mentioned, had very kind and helpful personnel. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. For the quality and service, the price can't be beat!

I loved the breakfast! It was great; the food was excellent. My hat's off to the chef. The omelets were to die for. I would stay here again just for the great breakfast and the kind people/service.

I loved the location. Many stores and restaurants around and next to the freeway.

They are doing contraction during the week and was loud. One Elevator is as getting renovated and don’t feel as safe. Carpet was super dirty and stained but I see they are trying to complete renovations. Two towels were still dirty with stains and tub was not cleaned well. It was yellow and I can wipe off.

Worth it after construction

The property location was perfect. Right by the freeway. There were plenty of places to shop and eat. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Both queen beds in our room seemed to have a dip right in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. We just kept rolling onto each other. There was construction going on. We can hear the hammering during the day, making it difficult to nap after a long day of travel. One of the 2 elevators were being refurbished but was functioning. There must’ve been a wedding or gathering the evening before our stay because the next day, the elevator being refurbished had flooring with cardboard on top. It smelled like throw up. For hygienic purposes, this should have been cleaned up a little better. At least change the cardboard, because the smell was putrid.
