Beautiful location great customer service from front desk and valet staff
My family of four and another family of 4 in front of us in line at the restaurant were repeatedly ignored while trying to grab some food. Took almost 20 minutes for someone to even come talk to us and seat us in a half empty restaurant. Then once seated it took about 15-20 minutes before we even got water. Then they forgot about us again. Something along the lines of this server thought someone else was taking the table but it was a miss communication. The food was good, wish I could say the same for the waiters. Oh and the elevators on one side of the building were broken so the walk to the room took forever because it was on the opposite side of the building.
