On the beach, very clean but dated! Nice frig, coffee maker and microwave. Great cooling air conditioner.
Coffee supplies could have been larger and equal to the pot size. Rooms were very dark

Location is right on the beach which is great. Pool is small but nice. Nice deck area overlooking the ocean and tables outside the rooms for picnicking.
Toilet wasn’t secured to the floor. Shower head had hard water deposits on it. Ripped up mattresses sitting in the parking lot. Old, loud window AC units. Office staff was constantly on the phone, hard to get their attention to actually talk to them. Guests and staff told to double park in available spaces, blocking cars in and forcing guests to go to the office so they could leave.
