One of the staff members opened our door and walked right in without knocking, this upset me very much. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the electric cord, and it was wrapped with the garbage bag. This was very concerning. Breakfast options were absolutely terrible. Very dissatisfied with my stay. I was honestly thinking about calling corporate and asking for a refund

I enjoyed my stay, it was very peaceful and a nice getaway! The rooms very clean and very easy check in and check out process.

The hotel has been making a lot of new improvements since the new ownership came in and I can definitely see it! The new rooms are looking amazing and the new staff is so helpful and understanding. I can't wait to see how it looks when it gets completely finished.

New front desk is very good. Rooms were clean and maintained. Property is clean, quiet and easy to find things around. Breakfast was good too.

Great stay overall! The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is convenient and close to restaurants and shops. Excellent value for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Booked it through booking.com for $88. Put the room in my name, although it was for my college age kid. Kid showed up to the hotel, and is told they can't check in, because the reservation is not in their name. I had even put a note on the reservation saying my kid was going to be the one using the room. Hotel then charged my kid $130 for the same room. Booking .com wouldn't let me cancel the reservation because it was the same day. Complete goat rodeo!!!! Have to now "eat" the original $88.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Comfy bed and Pillows.

Problems with the key card. Took a long time for shower to warm up.

It was definitely worth what we payed. Pretty clean, okay breakfast nothing to complain about really.

The elevator had a smell was the only thing if I had to pick something

Everything the website on booking.com said they had a refrigerator and microwave and a swimming pool. They had neither I had to multiple times go get ice in order to keep my drinks and stuff cold. Horrible beds woke up with back and shoulders hurting from the beds super hard uncomfortable, the poor guy at the front desk was overwhelmed and frustrated because he was the only one working there was no housekeepers there was no management just him I got double charged so I had to dispute that with management so they can void out one of the charges so I can get my money back. I definitely won't be coming back again but once talking to the guy at front desk on the afternoon shift he was actually really nice but I understood his frustration how can you leave someone in the hotel to operate by themselves having to deal with all types of attitudes and the lack of supplies not left in rooms from housekeeping that housekeeping didn't put in the room's and all this stuff he's the only one to deal with it I just I don't understand people I don't understand how management do stuff like that to the employees but I will never come here again nor will I recommend it to anyone

The shift manager was amazing and should have gotten more support from the owner.

This hotel was AWEFULL, WE DID NOT STAY BEDS WERE TERRIBLE, FACILITY WAS TERRIBLE. SO DISAPPOINTED LOOKING FOR A FULL REFUND

I got the room because a floor took out the HVAC unit at my house and needed a cool place. The AC in the room didn't work almost at all. The room was HOT. The carpet was wet. Couldn't walk in stocking get

They would not let you check in 20 minutes early. I reserved a room with a king and they only had two queen rooms available. The rooms were not that great and it looked like it needed to be remodeled or recaucked, not the best

The price, I feel like you accommodated the price bcuz you know this place is a dump.

The guy at the front desk was VERY rude over the phone in person but his nastiness quickly disappeared after my husband approached the counter.

The room weren’t as clean as the pictures also it was very outdated everything looked dirty or like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for sometime.the bathroom ceilings looked scary and the shower was definitely dirty

It had a hot tub... But...

it was of less quality than the pay was worth. I expected more cleanliness. I couldn't use the hot tub cause I found hairs and dirt in it.

The fact that the second night a bed bug was crawling across my bed.. front desk said they couldn’t do anything but move us rooms until management came in. The next day management said I wouldn’t be charged for the night we didn’t stay and that if it was determined to have bugs the two nights we did stay we won’t be charged so guess we will see what they do. As of today, I’m still being charged the full amount

At check in the front desk tell me they needed an additional $100 to hold for a deposit which was nowhere on the website. Several people voiced the same about an additional gold of $100 which most people budget their money prior to traveling. No HOT WATER IN THE ROOM…GUEST SMOKING MARIJUANA ENTIRE FLOOR SMELLED FRONT DESK WAS NOTIFIED NOTHING WAS DONE..SHEETS IN ONE BED WERE NOT CHANGED CLEARLY LONG STRAINS OF RED HAIR ON THE SHEETS AND IN THE BATHROOM…WORSE GOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN AND ALL I GET BACK IS A $20 CREDIT AND TD THE END ROOMS WATER IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM THEN WHY RENT THEM OUT

I don't like anything after a couple hours and a trip to the. Store to get cleaning supplies asked for at least a partial refund they refused this place is deplorable We left without the refund

The room was fine, but I didn't have a real great sense that it was clean. The tub didn't seem to be completely installed, one panel was missing, so I was just left with the impression that the room / hotel didn't get a lot of care.

Having a big bath tub in two different rooms and not being able to use it because it was dirty and no staff available to clean it and didn’t have any cleaning supplies so I could clean it really sucked

The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room down.
