Loved the location, great beach and pool amenities. Restaurants were good.
We had a major issue - cleaning crew cleaned room but did not refresh towels, actually taking dirty ones out but not leaving new ones in. I was in the shower when we noticed there were no more towels and my wife had to hunt down a cleaning service employee to get towels. The front desk had the night manager on duty same one our whole weekend. She was an absolute waste of space. She was not friendly, not responsive at all and unwilling to go the extra mile to help get us towels within minutes. I was left in the shower for close to 20 minutes while my wife had to hunt down towels from other employees. I mean seriously why in the world could the MOD not get towels and come right up immediately to resolve the issue? I was so dissappointed in the overall stay because of this experience. Everything else was great but this almost ruined our weekend vacation. She does not get 4 stars - she gets 1 star, but the overall experience otherwise a 4 star experience by far. Oh - also, the bar food was really slow at lunch.

The King Suite was spacious and clean and had a wonderful small patio with an ocean view. My husband, teenage daughter and I were very comfortable there. The reasonable resort fee includes beach chairs and towels. There is dining and drink service on the beach, which we found to be tasty and convenient. The beach is not in an overly touristy spot and was quiet and relaxing.
Our room was near the elevators, so it was loud at times despite posted "quiet times"
Businesses within walking distance were few, so we were largely limited to the resort for food/drink unless we wanted to Uber.
Some staff members were attentive and great; others seemed new or overwhelmed leading to an inconsistent experience.

room is very old !!! and need urgent update, the bed , the luandry and the showers are not nice and conformable
the breakfast was very pour, I asked for marmalade / it was not available , croissants were not fresh orange juicy was sour
