The property was clean access to everything. Lifeguards were everywhere and I felt that my grandchildren were very safe. The staff was absolutely great!

The staff was super friendly the food was awesome .
That damn elevator in the tower was a nightmare 2 elevator 1 breakdown and the next 1 it was very very very slow as if its on its dead bed too. I wouldn't encourage no one to stay in the tower. Simply because of the elevator but everywhere else you will enjoy.

It was very family friendly, had slides for the little ones and older ones
I wish they had an actual restaurant on the resort where you could eat at.

Water parks are included, very good breakfast.
The waterparks open hours, it too late. Guest were anxious to start open the place, especially if guess has other plan.
