Although not perfect, its location and friendly staff compensate for minor imperfections such as crooked lampshades and worn carpet spots. Its great value and character give it a lived-in feeling, and it offers all the comforts you would need, like a microwave, in-room fridge, and an ice maker right in the lobby.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Request for Refund (Booking #1954669103)
Dear Agoda Safety Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding my recent stay booked through Agoda (Booking Number 1954669103).
The hotel room did not meet the expectations presented on your website and the conditions were unacceptable. Specifically:
• The property did not provide the breakfast advertised.
• The room had no hot water throughout my stay.
• The room was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and far below the standards shown online.
• Overall, the hotel conditions felt misleading and borderline fraudulent.
This experience was completely unacceptable and does not align with the quality wydham promises its customers.

WE HAD TO BE AT TH AIRPORT AT 3:00 AM SO WE WERE LITERALLY GOING TO BE THERE 6 HOURS. THE FRONT DESK GUY WAS REALLY NICE BUT THE MINUTE WE GOT OFF THE ELEVATOR THE SMELL WAS OFF PUTTING. THE CARPET TO THE ROOM WAS ALL TORN UP WITH STAINS, MY HUSBAND HAD TO WORK ON THE AC THE MINUTE WE GOT INTO THE ROOM AND THE DOOR LATCH DIDNT LATCH. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND TO BE HONEST I ONLY BOOKED THE KING SUITE FOR THE HEART SHAPED TUB IN THE PHOTO AND THERE WASNT ONE IN MY ROOM
