loved the location. Easy access to all of upper east side. the only reason I gave facilities 4 stars is because I could not lower the thermostate to make the room cold enough for me.

Musty smell through entire room. Room is old.. No fitted sheets for the beds, just flat sheets tucked in. They claim to be a "4-star" hotel, but they're far, far from it. This review would be more favorable if I didn't feel deceived by hotels advertised "4-star" hotel rating. The room smell alone was enough to ensure I won't stay there again. All of the positive reviews make me wonder how legitimate they are (maybe an overseas click farm is responsible for all of the alleged positive experiences). However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay there again. It's old and has a legitimately musty smell in the room. Just because they provide you a bathroom robe in the room, doesn't mean they are a "4 Star" property.
