The TV was not working when we got to our room. I called the front desk and an employee came up within 5 minutes and had the TV working. Extra towels were brought in within minutes of me calling and asking for them. Room was very clean and the full size fridge, stove and microwave were wonderful.
This was not the fault of the hotel! The bathers elevator flooded on the 23rd floor I am sure due to all the rain that was happening at the time. They had this issue resolved within a day. We were there Friday March 13 - Friday March 20. Worst rain and storm Hawaii has had for quite some time.

We have stayed at the Ilikai 7 times and every visit has been delightful. The studios are comfortable and well equipped. The a/c works very well and is quiet. We have never heard noise from our rooms. We love its location (walk to Waikiki or Ala Moana), its facilities (restaurants, shops, spas, convenience store, pool, library). Staff have been very helpful and responsive.

Close to amenities, lagoon swimming , good restaurant
Waiting for lift, servicing from lovely people but always something missing, be it a flannel, dish cloth, hand towel. Always something!
