We had a slight issue with our first room, the gentleman working that night was very accommodating! ( I wish I would’ve gotten his name again)

The hotel was nice and clean and the personal was so helpful and nice they answer any questions o so pool have towels. Room are clean and good size hotel have restaurant and Walmart.
The only problem I have is the lobby have to many chair and sofas blocking the path to the baggage cart if you have to many bags is hard to go through

The pool
The room and bed comforters had an unpleasant smell and felt very uncomfortable. The following day we asked for them to be swapped. The lady's reaction was rude and made us feel bad for even asking.. as far as the cleanliness, you can tell it is never deep cleaned. We only chose this hotel for the "cleanliness rating". Expectations were definitely not met. This has been a repetitve issue with Marriot hotels.
