Its location is great , we had everything close by and even to shop at San Marcos outlets was close
The elevators were the worse I’ve ever been on. I saw they had just been inspected at the beginning of July and for one to be broke and the other one having issues ! Looks like you guys need a new inspector cause the sucked at it. One elevator was down and left only one. That one elevator in use was the slowest elevator I’ve ever been on.

Our Service Rep was absolutely kind. Room was cold, so we slept well.
Electrical kept having a short and would turn off the tv and the AC. The room next to us was having the same issues.
