    The location of this hotel is excellent—very close to Costco, Zion, and Target, which made dining and getting around very easy. Unfortunately, the facility itself is quite run-down. The floors shook when walking in the room, and using the gym was worse; the treadmills vibrated so much it felt like an earthquake. We also dealt with a broken elevator during our stay. The lobby amenities were disappointing; while I understand charging for breakfast, not even providing water or coffee for guests seems unreasonable. Most frustrating was the billing error. Despite informing the front desk multiple times that we only had one car for our two rooms, we were charged $12/day (higher than the $10 quoted at booking) for both rooms. It has been two days since I reached out for a revised receipt and I am still waiting for a resolution
