The staff was always accommodating and pleasant. The convenience of hving dining options was very good although over priced for what you got.
Cleanliness of bathroom - the tub needed some scrubbing. We paid for three people in our room but consistently had to ask for more towels whereas we only got service for two.

The one complaint would have to be the bathtub. I think it is very dangerous. The way that it slopes down into the middle. I’m sure it’s for drainage, but it was really scary to take a shower in the tub.

The room was comfortable.
The mini refrigerator did not work and the pool was very cold. We had a family staycation partially for the pool and it was not available on our last morning due to routine cleaning, which wouldn’t be done until after checkout.
