The staff was great. I think their name was H or started with H. Very attentive to me and my daughter. We were down in the lobby and she was like that with all the guests. The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the hospital which was great because I had to be up so early. Will definitely stay here if or when we are back in town.

Room was big and bed was really comfortable.
Receptionists (night shift) were amazing.
Good breakfast.
Pool wasn't working.
There were many dirty plates and cutlery on the cabinets. We had to wash them all when arrived.
Cleaning service of the room was not good as described...

The room was cramped, sofa bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was just okay. $250 a night is overpriced for this particular hotel.
