I will not stay there again.

The staff that checked me in was nice.

The morning staff - I informed them I going to the hospital and would be back. Check out time is noon. at 11:15 I called for a late check ou and was informed they had already cleaned out my room for me and had all my belongings at the front desk. the room was filthy. Soap scum 1/2 inch deep in the shower. The coffee maker didn't work and was filthy as was the sink in the kitchenette.

The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the hospital which was great because I had to be up so early. Will definitely stay here if or when we are back in town.

Not great at all

The check in staff were nice.

The towels smelled like someone dried their dog with them. The hallway & elevator floors were not vacuumed. The TV didn't work right. The air wasn't great either. This will be my one & only stay at a Marriott brand hotel.

Room was big and bed was really comfortable. Receptionists (night shift) were amazing. Good breakfast.

Pool wasn't working. There were many dirty plates and cutlery on the cabinets. We had to wash them all when arrived. Cleaning service of the room was not good as described...

Shit bag place

Nothing, honestly ...I chose location for pool....pool is out of order ..why couldn't they have put that on there website...then when I get there and they tell me pool is closed..don't try to discount room ..then get in room it's miserably hot..air conditioner did not work ..the room was dirty and so on and so on

We had a good experience overall. We came with our daughter to visit the University of Arkansas and the location was great for the price! Everything was clean and the room was comfortable (except when the sofabed was pulled out to sleep.) The staff was great, friendly and very helpful/responsive.

When you pull out the sofabed, there is no walking space between the bed and the pullout at all. Also, the hot breakfast wasn't great but thankfully there were plenty of other options to choose from.

We won’t be coming back.

Bathroom sink did not drain. Shower curtain had water or brown stains at the bottom. Shower head sprayed in such a wide circle it was hard to rinse your hair. Also the shampoo container in the shower did not work. Also the entire place looked old and not fresh. Very disappointing.
